Refer this to the Development Review Committee for final action; or <br /> 2. Refer this to Development Review Committee for a recommendation, with Council to take <br /> final action; or <br /> 3. Advise applicant to make a formal request for PUD amendment, for Planning Commission <br /> and Council review; or <br /> 4. Approve the sign permit as proposed. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends the Council approve the sign permit as proposed and direct staff to amend the <br /> appropriate attachments to the Development Agreement to reflect this change. <br />
