(4) B-1,B-2 and B-4:hcight.Within the B-1,B-2 and B-4 districts,no sign shall extcnd in hcight moro than two feet above the highest outside wall or parapct of any principal building,nor shall any sign be located closer than te�fcct from any property line;except that any sign over ten square feet may project two feet into any required yard area from the principal building. (5) B-3 and I:hcight.Within any B-3 or l district,no sign shall extend in height morc than six feet in height above the highest outsidc wall or parapct of a�y principal building.No sign shall be located closer than ten feet from any property line,excep[that any sign cxcceding tcn squarc fcct may project only two fcet into the yard area from any building.
