<br /> (12) Cost of Subcontractors in performing the Contractor's work as changed shall be �
<br /> computed in accordance with this paragraph 11.3.3, computed in accordance with clauses

<br /> b. The cost of the changed work shall exclude:
<br /> 1 Salaries or other com ensation for Contractor's offieers exe � �
<br /> � ) p , cutive, general managers,
<br /> project managers, estimators, engineers, timekeepers, surveyors, mechanics, �
<br /> warehousemen, auditors, accountants, purchasing and contracting agents, draftsmen
<br /> (except sheetmetal draftsmen), stenographers, receptionists, and other staff employees,
<br /> whether or not employed at Contractor's principal office, branch office or field office at �
<br /> the job site.
<br /> (2) Expenses of Contractor's principal office, branch office or job site field office, �
<br /> including without limitation the expense for pickup trucks, office trailers, storage trailers,
<br /> rzntal of office or storage space, teiephone, heat, lights, etc.
<br /> (3) Ownership cost of maintenance expenses for Contractor-owned equipment, including �
<br /> without limitation all construction equipment, trucks and vehicles, machines and all other
<br /> owned equipment required for Contractor's performance of the Work. �
<br /> (4) Cost for purchase and maintenance of tools, materials, supplie� ancl facilities not
<br /> c,�nsumed during con5truction or incorporated in the work. �
<br /> (5) ContYactor's capital expense, inciuding interest an Contra�tor's capitai �employed for �
<br /> the work.
<br /> (6) Overhead or general expenses of any kind, including but not limited to office or �
<br /> fabrication shop overhead or drafting and printing cQsts, except as may be expressly
<br /> included in clause 11.3.3.1 a above.
<br /> (7) Costs due to the negligence of Contractor, any Subcontractor, anyone directly oi• �
<br /> indirectly employed by any of them,or for whose acts any of them may be liable, including
<br /> but not limited to injury or damage to persons ar property, the correction of defective ,
<br /> work,disposal of materials and equipment wrongly supplied, or nnaking good any damage
<br /> ��c� pra�erty.
