� c. Obligations of a�iy corporation wholly owned by the federal government; and <br />� d. Indebtedness of the Federal and National Mortgage Association. <br /> If the Owner incurs additional costs as the result of the exercise of the option described in this <br />� paragraph,the Owner may recover the costs from the Contractor by reducing the final payment <br /> due under the contract.
