, <br /> , <br /> Certificates of insurance shall be submitted on Standard Form C.LC.C.-701 or ACORD 25 forms <br /> and shall specifically note the clause providing for 30 day written notice to the Owner and Engineer ' <br /> of intent to cancel. This clause shall read as fallows: <br /> "Should any of the above described policies be cancelled before the expiration date thereof, the ' <br /> issuing company will mail 30 days written notice to the certificate holder named to the left." <br /> 6.1.2 Workman's Com�ensation &Employer Liability Insurance• The Contractor shall secure and ' <br /> maintain during the life of this Contract, Workman's Compensation and Employer's Liability <br /> Insurance as required by law for all his employees to be engaged directly or indirectly in the work <br /> on the project under this Contract. In case any work is sublet, the Contractor shall require the ' <br /> Subcontractor to similazly provide Workmen's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance for <br /> all the latter's employees to be engaged directly or indirectly in such work. The Contractor shall also <br /> maintain insurance required under any other Employee Benefit Acts in force or required by law at , <br /> the site of construction. <br /> 6.1.3 Contractor Comprehensive General&Automobile Liabilit� The Contractor shall procure and ' <br /> maintain during the life of this Contract, Contractor's Comprehensive General and Automobile <br /> Liability Insurance which shall protect him from claims for damages for personal injury, including , <br /> accidental death, as well as from claims for property damage which may arise from operations under <br /> this contract, whether such operations be by himself or by any Subcontractor or by anyone directly - <br /> or indirectly employed by either of them.
