' <br />' 4.3 DISCREPANCIES <br /> tAny conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy in the Contract Documents, no matter how seemingly <br /> insignificant to the Contractor, shall be brought immediately to the attention of the Engineer for <br /> clarification.
