<br /> doorsteps and stoops, constructed as part of the original construction to serve a singl
<br /> Unit or Units, and replacements and modifications thereof authorized pursuant to Sectio

<br /> I 3.2.3 Chutes, flues, chimneys, ducts, pipes, wires, conduits or other utility
<br /> inst�llations, bearing walls, bearing columns, or any other components or fixtures iying '
<br /> partially within and partially outside the boundaries of a Unit,and serving only that Unit,
<br /> . are �llocated to the Unit which they serve. Any portion of such installations serving or
<br /> affe�ting the function of more than one Unit or any portion of the Common Elements is a
<br /> part of the Common Elements,but is not a Limited Common Eiement.
<br /> 3.2.4 Heating, ventilating, or air conditioning equipment serving one or more
<br /> than''one Unit, and located wholly or partially outside the�oundaries of one or more than
