The Association may commence legal action to reco�er <br /> sums du�, for damages, for injunctive relief or to foreclose a lien owned by �it, or a y <br /> cornbinatipn thereof,or an action for any other relief authorized by the Governing Documents or <br /> available�t law or in equity, Legal relief may be sought by the Association against any Own r, ' <br /> or by an '4wner against the Association or another Owner, to enforce compliance with t e <br /> Governing Documents, the Rules and Regulations, the Act, or the decisions of the Associati . <br /> However,'no Owner may withhold any Assessments payable to the Association, or take(or om t) <br /> other actio�n in violation of the Governing Documents,the Rules and Regulations,or the Act, as a <br /> measure ta enforce such Owner's position,or f�r any other reason. <br /> 13.� Remedies.
