Each Own�r shall be a Member solely by reason of owning a nit, and the membership shall be transferred with the conveyance of the Owner's interest in the nit. However, if there_are multiple Owners of a Unit,only the IOwner or ot�er Person designated pursuant to the provisions of the Bylaws may cast such vot�. The votiq'g rights of Owners are more fully described in Section 3 of the Bylaws. � SECTION 5 � ADMINISTRATION i � The administration and operation of the Association and the Property, including, but not limited ta, the acts required af the Association, shall be governed by the following provis�ons: 5.l General.
