<br /> doorsteps and stoops, constructed as part of the original construction to serve a sing e
<br /> Unit or Units, and replacements and modifications thereof authorized pursuant to Secti n
<br /> � 7.10, located whoily or partially outside the Unit boundaries, are allocated exclusively o
<br /> the Unit or Units which they serve.
<br /> 3_2.3 Chutes, flues, chimneys, ducts, pipes, wires, conduits or other utili
<br /> installations, bearing walls, bearing columns, or any other components or fixtures lyi g '
<br /> partially within and partially outside the boundaries of a Unit, and serving only that Uni ,
<br /> . are allocated to the Unit which they serve. Any portion of such installations serving r
<br /> affecting the function of more than ane Unit or any portion of the Common Elements is a
<br /> part of the Common Elements,but is not a Limited Common Element. ,
