The Owner shall hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the Associa ion, <br /> and the iAssociation's officers,directors, committee members, and management agents, fro and <br /> against any expenses, claims, damages, losses, or other liabilities, including without limit tion <br /> attomeys' fees and costs of litigation, arising out of (i) any alteration which violates any <br /> governmental taws, codes, ordinances, or regulations, (ii) the adequacy or inadequacy o the <br /> specific�tions or standards for construction of the alteration, and (iii) the construction o$the <br /> alteration. <br /> 8.5 Exemptions.
