SECTION 5 � . ADMINISTRATION I The administration and operation of the Association and the Property, including, ut not limite ta, the acts required of the Association, shall be governed hy the foltowing provisio s: 5.1 General. The operation and administration of the Association and the Pr perty shall e governed by the Goveming Documents, the Rules and Regulations, and the Act The Assoc ation shall, subject to the rights of the Owners set forth in the Governing Docume s and the A t, be responsible for the operation, management, and control of the ProFerty. The Assoc ation shall have all powers described in the Governing Documents,the Act and the tatute - under hich the Association is incorporated.
