The Owner sha(1 hold harmless, indemnify,and defend the Associ tion, <br /> and the Association's officers, directors, committee members,and management agents, fro and <br /> against any expenses, claims, damages, losses, or other liabilities, including without limit tion <br /> attorne s' fees and costs of litigation, arising out of (i) any alteration which violates any <br /> gove ental [aws, codes, ordinances, or regulations, (ii) the adequacy or inadequacy o the <br /> specific tions or standards for construction of the alteration, and (iii) the construction o fhe <br /> alterati n. <br /> .5 Exemptions.
