7_14 Time Shares Prohibited. The time share form of ownership, or any comp rable •

<br /> dividin the ownership or occupancy of a Unit into separate time periods, is prohibited. '
<br /> 7.15 Access to Units. !n case of emergency which constitutes an immediat and
<br /> materiall threat to the Property or to the health or safety of the Owners or Qccupants, all nits
<br /> and th Limited Elemenis are subject to entry, without notice and at any time, by an offi. er or
<br /> memb of the Baard, by the Association's management agents, or by any pubfic fety
<br /> person ei. Entry is also authorized for maintenance purposes under Seetions 9 and 13, a d for .
<br /> enforc ment purposes under Section 14. '
<br /> 7.16 Public Works Facility. The City's public works facility(the"Facility") is la ated
<br /> directl ' to the west of the Property. The Facility is_used by the City for, among other thing , the
<br /> storage maintenance, and repair of trucks, plows, and other equipment owned and used b the
<br /> City. e Facility is operated by the City twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. iven �
<br /> � the clo e proximity of the Facility to the Property, the Owners and Occupants and their in itees �
<br /> will be subject to the sights,sounds, lights,and smells associated with the Facility.
<br /> !7_l7 StoraQe. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.9, persona! property may n t be
<br /> stored,�displayed, or otherwise Ieft outside the Units, except as authorized by the Baard. All
<br /> portion of the Common Elements used for access to and from the Units and to and fro the
<br /> lower I vel of the Building,may not be obstrncted, ar used for parking,storage,activities, r any
<br /> purpos other than access and authorized garking and storage.
<br /> 7_]8 Prohibited Conduct. No Owner or Occupant shall(i}cause or permit any ph sical
<br /> change to their Unit or the Common Elements that could jeopardize or impair the weather tight
<br /> sound ss or safety of the Building, any Building system, or other improvement located o the
<br /> Prope y; (ii) interfere with arty easement; (iii) install or permit the installation of hard s rface
<br /> floor c verings within their Unit without the prior written authorization of the Board, exce t for
<br /> the re lacement of floor coverings of the same type as originally insta.iled in the Un't by
<br /> Declar nt; or (iv)cause or permit any physical changes to his or her Unit which could aff ct or
<br /> damag the sound barriers or sound attenuatian materials instailed on or within the cei ings,
<br /> floors, r walls of the Units wi#hout the prior written authorization of the Board.

<br /> ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS
<br /> 8.l Restrictions on lmprovements. One of the purposes of this Declaration is to
<br /> ensure;that those parts of the Units which are visible from the exterior, as well as the Li ited
<br /> Comm n Elements, be k�pt architecturally attractive, and consistent in appearance, and
<br /> structu a}ly sou�d_ Therefore, except as set forth in Section 8.5, the following restriction and
<br /> require ents shall apply to alterations on the Property:
<br /> 8.1.1 Except as expressly provided in this Section 8, no modifica ions,
<br /> improvements, repairs, or replacements of any type, whether temporary or perm nent,
<br /> structuraf, aesthetic, or otherwise (coilectively referred to as "alterations," and
