An Owner's right of use and enjoyment of the Unit sh !1 be <br /> autom tically delegated to other persons living in the Unit pursuant to a legal right of posse sion; <br /> provid d, that such persons shall be subject to the Governing Documents and the Rule and <br /> Regul tions. The <br /> Stalls nd other parking spaces on the Property shall be used only for parking of vehicles wned <br /> or lea$ed by Owners and Occupants, and such other incidental uses as may be authori ed in <br /> writin by the Association. A Stall shall not be converted to other uses or used for stor ge or <br /> other urposes which would prevent the parking of a mid-size automobile in the Stall, exc pt as <br /> autho 'zed in writing by the Association. The use of the Stalls, other parking space , and � <br /> drive ays on the Property, and the types of vehicles and personal property permitted th reon, <br /> shall e subject to regulation by the Association, including, but not limited to, the right f the <br /> Assoc'ation to tow illegally parked vehicles or to remove unauthorized personal property. <br /> 7.8 Stalls. The Stalls shall be assigned ta various Units; and the operati and <br /> transf r of the Stalls shall be administered, in accordance with this Section 7.8.
