The Association may commence legal action to reco er <br /> sums d , for damages, for injunctive relief or to foreclose a lien owned by it, or ny <br /> combina ion thereof, or an action for any other retief authorized by the Governing Documen or <br /> availablel at law or in equity, Legal relief may be sought by the Association against any Ow er, � <br /> or by ar� Owner against the Association or another Owner, t� enforce compliance with he <br /> Governi g Documents, the Rules and Regulations, the Act, or the decisions of the Associati n. <br /> Howeve ,no Owner may withhold any Assessments payabte to the Association,or take(or o it} <br /> other act n in violation of the Governing Documents,the Rules and Regulations,or the Act, s a <br /> measure o enforce such Owner's position,or far any other reason. <br /> I ?
