The Property shall be subject to such other easements as <br /> may be reco�-ded against it or otherwise shown on the Plat_ Any recorded easement benefiting o <br /> burdening t e Property shall be construed in a manner consistent with, and not in conflict with, <br /> the easeme ts created by this Declaration.
