<br /> 7.15 Access to Units. ln case of emergency which constitutes an immediate an
<br /> • material thr�at to the Property or to the health or safety of the Owners or Occupants, all Unit
<br /> - and the Lim�ited Elements are subject to entry, without notice and at any time, hy an officer o
<br /> member of�the Board, by the Association's management agents, or by any pubfic safet
<br /> persannei. ntry is also authorized for maintenance purposes under Sections 9 and 13, and fo
<br /> enforcemen purposes under Sec.tion 14. �
<br /> 7.16 Public Works Facilitv. The City's public works facility(the "Facility") is locate
<br /> directly to t e west of the Property. The Facility is.used by the City for, among other things, th
<br /> storage, rr�ai tenance, and repair of trucks, plows, and other equipment owned and used by th
<br /> City. The acility is operated by the City twenty-fo�tr hours a day, seven days a week. Give �
<br /> � the close pr ximity of the Facility to the Property, the Owners and Occupants and their invitee �
<br /> will be subj ct to the sights,sounds, lights,and smells associated with the Facility.

<br /> Property; (ii interfere with any easement; (iii) install or perrnit the installation of hard surfac
<br /> floor coveri gs within their Unit without the prior written authorization of the Board, except fo
<br /> the replace ent of floor coverings of the same type as originally installed in the Unit b
<br /> Declarant; r (iv)cause or permit any physical changes to his or her Unit which coutd affect o
<br /> damage the sound barriers or sound attenuation materials instatled on or within the ceilings
<br /> floors,or wa�11s of the Units without the prior written authorization of the Board.

<br /> ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS
<br /> 8.1 Restrictions on Improvements. One of the purposes of this Declaration is t
<br /> ensure that those parts of the Units which are visible from the exterior, as well as the Limited
<br /> Common lements, be kept architecturally attractive, and consistent in appearance, an
<br /> structuralty ound. Therefore, except as set forth in Section 8.5, the following restrictions an
<br /> requirement shall apply to alterations on the Property: �
