References to section numbers in this Declaration shall <br /> refer to sections of this Declaration,unless otherwise indicated. <br /> SECTiON 2 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF UNITS, $OUNDARIES,AND RELATED EASEMENTS <br /> 2.1 Units. There are fifty-seven Units, subject to the right of Declarant to subdivide <br /> and convert Units pursuant to Section 16. A1S Units are restricted exclusively to residential use. <br /> Each Unit constitutes a separate parcet of real estate. No portion of a Unit shall be transferred or <br /> otherwise conveyed apart from any other portions of a Unit. Subject to Declarant's rights <br /> pursuant to Section ]6, no additional Units may be created by the subdivision or conversion flf <br /> Units pursuant to Section SISB.2-112 of the Act. The Unit identifiers and locations of the Units <br /> are as shown on the Plat, which is incorporated herein by reference. A schedule of the Units is <br /> set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. <br /> 2.2 Unit Boundaries. The boundaries of each Unit shall be the interior unfinished <br /> surfaces of i#s perimeter walls, floors, and ceilings. The boundaries of each Unit <br /> shall also extend along tfie inside unfinished surfaces of the Unit's perimeter doors and windows, <br /> and their frames, and said perimeter doors, windows, and frames, and their hardware, shal! be <br /> deemed to be Limited Common Elements appurtenant to such Unit. Subject to this Section and <br /> Section 3, all spaces, �interior partitions, and other fixtures and improvements within the <br /> boundaries of a Unit are a part of the Unit. <br /> 23 Apnurtenant Easements.
