The Association may commence legal action to re over <br /> sums ue, for damages, for injunctive relief or to foreclose a lien owned by �it, or any . <br /> combi tion thereof,or an action for_any other relief authorized by the Governing Docume ts or <br /> availab e at law or in equity. Le�al relief may be sought by the Association against any O ner, ' <br /> or by n Owner against the Association or another Owner, to enforce compliance wi the <br /> Govern�ng Documents, the Rules and Regulations, the Act, or the decisions of the Associ tion. <br /> Howev r,no Owner may withhold any Assessments payabte to the Association,or take(or mit) <br /> other a t�on in violation of the Governing Documents,the Rules and Regulations,or the Act as a <br /> measur to enforce such Owner's position, or for any other reason. <br /> 13.2 Remedies.
