The on-site sewage reatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall i to the category checked below. (This is �an existing system [ ] new construction> SYSTEM CONFORMITY 1 3 : 1 "CODE SYSTE �-A system which meets all the location, design, and construction standards of the urrent City Codes, a which is operating satisfactorily by treating and disposing of the entire current sewage input without ischarging any pollutants into ground or surface waters. 2 "CONFORMING SYSTEM"-A system which does not meet all the location, design, and construction tandards of the current ity Codes, but was installed according to the code in effect at the time of instal ation, and which is opera ing satisfactorily by treating and disposing of the entire current sewage input wi hout discharging any poll tants into ground or surface waters. 3 "NON-CONFORM NG SYSTEM"-A prohibited system; a system located within a designated 100-year floodplain; any system w ich may or may not meet all the location, design, and construction standards of he current City Codes a which is failing for any reason; and any.system with less than 3 feet of unsatur ted soil or sand between he distribution device and the limiting soil characteristics. (The limiting soil characteristic f ] has or�has not been identified at this time. If he limiting soil characte istic has not been identified, this lassification may be subject to revision.) TANK CONDITION 5-10 : Tank inspection indi ates: Pumpout not ne ed at this time. Solids accunula ion in tanks indicates the sho out t ' ar to help prevent future oblems. If tanks ave not been punped out within the last three years, they should be punped out now.
