Tanks should be punped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is dischar ing to the surface. Tanks must be pumped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface ischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be ins alled in each <br /> tank at nex punpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within the last three years, they sh uld be pu�ed <br /> out now. <br /> 0 Inspection pipe i located directly over tank baffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids ccunulation). <br /> If tanks ha e not been pumped out within the last three years, they should be pixnped out now. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION 17-14 : <br /> Dr ield inspection i dicates: <br /> Drainfield is dry, no surfacing evident. <br /> Sane evidence of s rfacing, not critical yet. <br /> 13 Drainfield is sat rated and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the C ty lnspector <br /> imnediately.
