Subject: Boardwalk at 3535 Ivy Place <br /> Evelyn, <br /> We received a call last week from Pete Bazil at 3535 Ivy Place <br /> requesting that someone from the MCWD come out to inspect his boardwalk. <br /> This is a project that would have required a permit from the MCWD. <br /> However, after inspecting the boardwalk, we decided that the impact was <br /> minimal enough where it would not be worth taking enforcement action at <br /> this point.
