r - , <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> ��e. - � C ITY of ORON4 <br /> � ti� <br /> ,� G'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L9kESH�4�' NO. � � e,� '�� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN AMENDMENT TO <br /> A VARIANCE TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.25, SUBDIVISION 6, <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISIONS 1 (B) AND 2 AND <br /> SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C-6) <br /> FILE NO. 2227 <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Tucker (hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the <br /> property located at 3466 Ivy Place within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Spring Park, including that part of vacated Lake Shore <br /> Avenue lying between the extensions of the north and south lines <br /> of said Lot 10 (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> `VHEREAS, the applicant was approved for variances (Resolution No. 3891) to <br /> Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.25, Subdivision 6; Section 10.22, Subdivisions 1 (B) and <br /> 2; and Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C-6) to permit a side yard setback encroaching along <br /> the north property line 8.2' resulting in a side yard setback of 1.8' and to increase hardcover <br /> in the 75-250' setback area to 3,637 s.f. (34.3%) where 3,420 s.f. (32.26%) exists and 2,680 <br /> s.£ (25%) is allowed. <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for an amendment to a <br /> previously granted variance to permit a change to the roof line. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> �. This application was reviewed as an amendment to Zoning File #2227. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District where one-half acre in area is required. The property is <br /> sewered. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
