� The house and driveway described as"proposed" on Figure 4 are now present. The pond appears to <br /> have been constructed during or after the construction of the house as it does not appear on a Google <br /> 1991 aerial photo but is present on a 2002 aerial along with the house. It is not depicted on the 1998 <br /> survey and prior delineation either. <br /> Wetland 1, previously delineated, is a combination Type 1U3/4 bottomland forest, fresh wet meadow <br /> and shallow marsh. A large area of open water is present in the central part fringed with some reed <br /> canary grass but in large pa�t surrounded by woodland some of which is in the finge saturated zone. <br /> An outlet channel is present at the westerly edge. Water passes beneath the driveway into the pond <br /> (Pond 1). <br /> Wetland 2, also previously delineated, is a Type 2 fresh wet meadow. This area is fed by overflow <br /> water from Wetland 1 through an underground pipe. <br /> Pond 1 is an excavated and bermed area described as a Type 5 open water pond which was artificially <br /> created.Water flows into the pond from Wetland1, <br /> In conclusion,Wetlands 1 and 2 are identical in configuration as previously delineated and surveyed on <br /> the 1998 survey.The constructed pond does not appear either on the survey or on a 1991 aerial photo <br /> but is clearly evident on a 2002 aerial photo as is the house. <br /> Please call or e-mail any questions that you might have. <br /> •Page 2 <br />
