WETLAND DELINEATION AND APPLICATION SUMMARY <br /> 1.1 Wetland Delineation <br /> • The 2.5-acre Sullivan Property was inspected on September 16, 2016 and January 9, 2017 <br /> for the presence and extent of wetland. <br /> • The National Wetlands Inventory(NWI) shows one PUBGx(Palustrine unconsolidated <br /> bottom, intermittently exposed, excavated) wetland located on the eastern part of the <br /> property. <br /> • The soil survey shows that soil types on the property are classified as predominantly non- <br /> hydric. <br /> • The DNR Public Waters Inventory shows no public waters onsite. DNR Public Waters <br /> Wetland 27-858W is located about 300 feet east of the property boundary. <br /> • The National Hydrography Dataset(NHD) shows no NHD waters or flowlines onsite. <br /> The nearest NHD Waterbody is the DNR Wetland that is located about 300 feet east of <br /> the property. <br /> • One wetland/deepwater habitat was delineated on the site and is summarized below. <br /> Table 1.
