Staff conducted <br /> a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised <br /> in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br />' 1. Certificate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has the following comments: <br /> a. Proposed Elevations. Please have the survey revised to indicate the proposed first floor, top of <br /> foundation, and basement elevations. Additionally, please have the surveyor show the point or spot <br /> where the top of foundation elevation is in reference to. Please note, we expect the identified TOF <br /> location to be verified on the foundation as-built survey. <br /> b. The proposed driveway exceeds the maximum width allowed. The maximum width allowed at the <br /> property line is 20 feet. As depicted it is 25 feet; please revise. <br /> c. The septic sites should be marked and protected. <br /> d. The Lakeview of Orono development plans called for a ditch with rock check dams to be constructed <br /> on the NW property line(see below image). The grading plan for this permit depicts grading in that <br /> same area and does not depict the grading that should be there now. (Please note,the developer has <br /> yet to provide an as-built record plan for their improvements. Our review is based on the approved <br /> plan set.
