His property entered into <br /> his estate in a hazardous condition.The property went into the foreclosure process as well.The City of <br /> Orono had cited &condemned the property.The City of Orono brought motion to condemn the <br /> property and neither the Estate nor the Mortgage Company attended the hearing and consequently The <br /> City of Orono received Court Ordered Approval to demolish building. Farr Construction received the bid <br /> for the demolition work on this property.At The City of Orono's direction we are to test for hazardous <br /> materials,disconnect utilities,seal the well and demolish the house and garage and basically return the <br /> site to a natural state. <br /> The topography of the land in and it's vegetation in conjunction with our scope of work will minimize <br /> any possible migration of sediments off of this site.We anticipate soil import of approximately 230 cubic <br /> yards to�II the house basement.The garage area is slab on grade.
