On August 10, 2004, <br /> City Staff performed an inspection at the above listed address. During this inspection it was <br /> noted that materials and debris remain in exterior storage at the above address and <br /> specifically, the following violations of City Code Section 58-1 (a) and 58-3 were noted. <br /> 1. Large garbage dumpster must be emptied <br /> 2. One car battery <br /> 3. Two cars must be shown to be operable <br /> 4. One unlicensed trailer <br /> 5. One unlicensed motorcycle <br /> 6. Three riding lawn mowers <br /> 7. Piles of white lumber must be removed <br /> 8. Garbage in yard must be cleaned up (plates, water jugs, empty catfood cans) <br /> 9. One unlicensed boat <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into <br /> compliance by August 25, 2004 in order to avoid legal action by the city. In order to <br /> bring your property into compliance the above items must be removed from the <br /> property by August 25, 2004. Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations <br /> or request an appeal hearing before the City Council prior to the deadline, the city <br /> will correct the violations and the costs to do so will be assessed against your <br /> property [cite: city code 58-1 (c)].
