The unlicensed/inoperable vehicles are in violation of Orono Municipal Code Section <br /> 58.3. The unused fence boards and other junk and debris behind the fence is in violation of <br /> Section 58.1. Since we last talked about your station wagons and junk and debris, The City has <br /> revised the code. The City can now remove the vehicles and junk and debris and certify the cost <br /> as a special assessment. See the attached copy of the code sections. The ordinance requires <br /> removals within 7 days. With the holiday coming up the deadline will be extended to July 10, <br /> 2006. The property is looking much better and I look forward to allowing you back in your <br /> home.
