All stucco related repairs will be completed by <br /> Roach Stucco. <br /> Stucco—deck,porch and side stoop related stucco. <br /> a. Repair stucco at the following areas due to the deck replacement and screen <br /> porch construction: <br /> 1. Bottom and top edges of new rim joists. <br /> 2. All areas at screen porch affected by screen porch removal and new <br /> porch conshuction. <br /> 3. Areas above rubber roof areas (2) and at wall edges of new rubber roofs <br /> 4. Areas outside office doors(west) including area where roof was <br /> removed and stoop and step removal. <br /> � Item 3—Rubber Roofing <br />�� Section 5 —Rubber roofing from the deck and screen porch proposal should be added to <br />�do the 2"d floor addition proposal of June 2, 2011. <br /> Rubber Roof— �,,,,� <br /> a. Replace the-�wc3-sections of rubber roofing at the west end of the deck(exterior <br /> of family room). Replace the plywood decking prior to new rubber membrane. <br /> b. Re-flash the new roof at the exterior walls and roof edges. <br /> (Note: Due to extensive amount of water damage at the interior due to the roof <br /> structure we may find added repairs necessary. This would be determined <br /> upon demolition.) <br /> Item 4—West side deck, steps and roof structure. (Patio door entrance of office) <br /> Remove west facing stoop, steps,rails and narrow roof structure over the stoop and steps. <br /> Prep areas for stucco. Haul away debris. <br /> Note: This item(section 2.f.)was removed from the deck and screen porch project and <br /> will be completed as part of the 2°d floor addition project. <br />
