This Mortgage remains a second encumbrance against the subject premises . Objection is made to both Mortgages unless same are paid off prior to the date of closing. The undersigned is not able to ascei-tain whether the legal description contained on the abstract is appropriate. In order to do so, the undersigned needs to be provic:ed with: tax statement showing that the parcel numbers mentioned on youz� purchase agreement match with the legal description contained on t=he registered property abstract; and photocopy of survey of the legal descriptions contained on the RPA.
