Council approval is based on the site plan suUmitted Uy the applicants and <br /> aiulotated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A. Aily <br /> amendments to the site plan which are not in confoni�ity with City codes will <br /> require fiu-ther Plaiuiin�Commission and City Council review. <br /> 2. Hardcover in the 0-75' zone shall ilot iucrease aUove the level of 12.6%. <br /> . Hardcover in the 75-250' zone shall Ue limited to 4,820 s.f. or 33% per the <br /> proposed plan and hardcover allowance summary as depicted on Exhibit A. <br /> Applicants are advised that any future requests to increase hardcover or change <br /> the nature of existing/approved hardcover shall require City approval, and <br /> increases in hardcover will not likely be approved without concun-ent reduction in <br /> existing hardcover. <br /> 3. Applicants shall remove all plastic or faUric liner material fronl the decorative <br /> landscape Ueds on the property to ensure their penneaUility as non-hardcover <br /> surfaces. <br /> 4. Required reinovals of stnicture and hardcover shall be completed by the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 5.
