The owner shall provide a twenty- four (24) hour emergency contact that will be <br /> available to respond to issues at the short term rental property within thirty (30� <br /> minutes to complaints re ag rding the condition, operation, or conduct of occupants <br /> of a rental unit. <br /> 3. The short term rental propertv shall be used only for overni ng t lod�g <br /> accommodations. The�y not be used for parties (weddin�, bachelor/ <br /> bachelorette), conferences or similar events. <br /> 4. The primary overni�ht and da�time occupant of a short term rental unit must be <br /> an adult twenty-one 21 years of a�e or older. This adult must provide a telephone <br /> number to the owner and shall be accessible to the owner b.y telephone at all <br /> times. <br /> 5. The owner shall require all occupants to a�ree to a minimum stay of two 2 <br /> consecutive ni�hts• <br /> 6. Two off street parking`paces shall be provided at minimum. The maximum <br /> number of vehicles allowed at a short-term rental property shall be limited to the <br /> number of available off street parkin�spaces. Rental Propert�on islands is <br /> exempt from this requirement. <br /> (d) License period. Licenses shall expire December 31 of each ,year. <br /> SECTION 3.
