The owners& I give out our personal phone numbers to the neighbors, so if there <br /> is ever a situation that needs our attention, I will drive out to Long Lake and <br /> remedy it right away out of respec�to the neighbors. <br /> With reference to our Property on Big Island, it is ironic that the very things that <br /> are outiined in the Cit�'s p�oposed ordinance, are a�f happening even more so in <br /> our badc ya� of our rental property. Qn most weekends our guests endure loud <br /> objectionable music and bass booming from hundreds of boats tied together. The <br /> drinking, dcug use,foul language, nudity, relieving themsetves over board or up <br /> on the isfand's public land and on the priva#e praperty of#he Island property <br /> owners, trash left behind etc., makes this a much bigger, se�ious issue to the <br /> property owners on the isiand. <br /> Com�laining does na good. When partyiru,� boats sees the water patrd coming, <br /> they put away th�ir dr�nks and cirugs, get dressed, anci tum off#he loud offensive <br /> music. Water Patrd checks for iife jackets, and asks that they keep it down.As <br /> soon as the water patro�is out of site they resume thei�toud partying! <br /> Shouldn't the facus be on Cruisers Cove instead of VRBOs where tiie home- <br /> owner has more at stake? Not to menEion the Image of Lake Minnetonka to enjoy <br /> the leke safeiy and without the free for aN reputation thet is Cruisers Cove? <br /> These rental properties are short-term rentals, and seasonal. Ta place <br /> unnecessary and �mpossible ordinances against these properties is unfair and <br /> will cause a hardshi{�. <br /> Since VRB�s are atso properties we use far enjoyment, we ensure that�ey are <br /> ke�t in very good condition, dean 8 enjoyable.
