The owner shallprovide a twenty-four(24 hour emerQencv contact that will be available to respond to issues at the short term rentalpronertv within sixty�bQ� minutes to complaints regardin�the conciition, operation, or conduct of occu ants of a rental unit. 5. The short-term-rental propertv must have a visible house number easilv seen from the street day or night. b. The short term rental propertv shall be used only for overni t lod�ing accommodations T'hev ma�not be used for parties (weddin�;, bachelor/ bachelorette), conferences or similar events. 7. All advertisine for the short term rental shall include the City issued license number. 8. The primary overni�rht and davtime occupant of a short term rental unit must be an adult ei teen 18 years of age or older This adult must provide a telephone number to the owner and sha11 be accessible to the owner by teleohone at all times. 9. The owner shall require all occupants to agxee to a minimum stay of three 3 consecutive ni h�ts. �0. The owner shall limit overni t occupancy,in a short-term rental unit to not exceed two 2 over the a e�; of 5 persons per bedroom. 11.Two off street pazkin�spaces shail be provided at minimum. 'The m�imum number of vehicles allowed at a shori-term rental property shall be limited to the number of available off street parkin�spaces. 12. The owner of a short-term rental propert, s�hall provide sufficient trash collection containers and service to meet the demand of the occupants. 13. The owner must be a natural person and not an,y type of corporation or nartnership. The owner's name must be on the deed to the propertv. 14. The Ci r may conduct an inspection of the short term rental propertv as deemed necessarv or prudent including,without limitation based upon any complaints or violations that occur or�rior to a renewal of a pezmit. 15. The owner will be required to provide the citv and an�Quests with the name and telephone number of a contact persan who can be at the property in 60 minutes. The cantactperson can be the owner. (c) License period. Licenses shall expire December 31 of each�ear. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
