The short-term-rental propertv must have a visible house number easily seen from <br /> the street da or ni ht. <br /> 6. The short term rental properlv sha11 be used onlv for overni t lodging <br /> accommodations. They may not be used for parties (weddin�,bachelor/ <br /> bacheloretteZconferences or similax events. <br /> '7. All advertisin�for the short term rental shall include the Ci issued license <br /> number. <br /> 8. The primarv ovezni t and davtime occupant of a short term rental unit must be <br /> an adult eighteen 18years of age or older. This adult must,�rovide a telephone <br /> number to the owner and sha11 be accessible to the owner b,y telephone at ail <br /> times. <br /> 9. The owner shall require a11 occupants to a�ree to a mi.nimum stay of three 3 <br /> consecutive ni h�ts. <br /> 10.The owner shall limit overnieht occupancy in a short-term rental unit to not <br /> exceed two 2 persons over the age of 5 per bedz�oam. <br /> 11. Twa off street narkin�spaces shall be provided at minimum, The maximum <br /> number of vehicles allowed at a short-term rental prop sha11 be limited to the <br /> number of available off street parking snaces. <br /> 12. The awner of a sho�t-term rental property shall provide sufficient trash collectian <br /> containers and service ta meet the demand af the occupants, <br /> 13. The owner must be a natural person and not any type of corporation or <br /> �artnershit�. The owner's name must be on the deed to the propertv <br /> 14. The City may conduct an inspection of the short term rental propertv as deemed <br /> necessarv or prudent including without limitation based upon anv compiaints or <br /> violatiozzs that occur or prior to a renewal of a permit. <br /> 15. The owner will be required to provide the citv and anv guests with the name <br /> and telephone number of a contact person who can be at the tiropert in 60 <br /> minutes. The contact person can he the owner. <br /> (d) License period. Licenses sha11 expire December 31 of each vear, <br /> SECTION 3.
