Additional Services <br /> Work that we have not included under this proposal,but can be <br /> performed as additional services by Change Order includes the <br /> following: <br /> • Damage that occurs as a result of vandalism, fire,flood, �vind <br /> damage, or other Acts of God. <br /> • Damage and/or work that results from the proposed or actual <br /> installation of SCADA or cathodic protection equipment. <br /> • Damage and/or work that results from the proposed or actual <br /> installation of telecommunications or other equipment that is <br /> anchored to or otherwise attached to a tank structure or <br /> appurtenance. <br /> As part of this stipulation, the Ciry agrees that SEH D�B will have the <br /> right to review, approve and inspect all proposed equipment <br /> installations on or adjacent to the tank during the term of the <br /> contract. <br /> scope of services � page 15 <br />
