MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Monday,December 9,2013 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> (PUBLIC HEARING, Continued) <br /> Struve indicated he can make those changes and bring it back to the City Council in January. Struve <br /> noted the City Council would not be approving the projects as part of approving the CIP. <br /> LevanQ asked what the pond maintenance study under 2014 on Page 19 relates to. <br /> Struve stated the City's MS4 permits require maintenance plans be developed for all stormwater retention <br /> ponds. <br /> Levang asked how many ponds the City has. <br /> Struve indicated there are approximately 30 ponds that the City directs water to but that he is not sure of <br /> the exact number of stormwater treat�nent ponds. <br /> Levang suggested that read stormwater treatment pond rather than pond maintenance study. <br /> The City Council took no fonnal action on the 2014 Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS—JON SCHWINGLER, REPRESENTATIVE <br /> None. <br /> LMCD REPORT—ANDR�W MCDERMOTT, REPRESENTATIVE <br /> None. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> PLANNING DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> *6. #13-3615 JAMES ANDERST,3384-3386 SHORELINE DRIVE, CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT— CLASS II RESTAURANT—RESOLUTION NO. 6353 <br /> Levang moved, Anderson seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6353, a Resolution Granting a <br /> Conditional Use Permit for a Class II Restaurant Use per Municipal Zoning Code Section <br /> 78-644(4); Amending a Prior Conditional Use Permit; and Granting Variances to Sections 78-1403 <br /> and 78-1405,with thc hours of operation being changed to read 8 a.m. through 11 p.m. Sunday <br /> through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
