Orono Municipal Code Section 14-142 regarding Wellhead Protection - <br /> New Private Wells Prohibited is hereby adopted to read that the owners of all buildings where a <br /> public water supply is available, or becomes available, shall connect the buildings t�the public <br /> water supply, subject io the certain conditions and all existing private wells no longer in use shall be <br /> sealed by a licensed well contractor according to the Rules of the Minnesota Dep�rtment of Health. <br /> SECTION 2, establishes that a summary of' this Ordinance shall be published in THE <br /> PIONEER and T'HE LAKER newspapers and that the Ordinance in its entirety shall be eftective <br /> upon approval and publication of the Summary Ordinance. <br /> "I'his Summary Ordinance is an abbreviated summazy of Ordinance No. , Third Series.
