The property owner recently <br /> purchased the northern 50-foot wide portion of this lot in order to combine it with the 100-foot <br /> wide 1340 Fox Street property in order to increase the lot area. The existing home on the <br /> property is located 8.9 feet from Barrett Ave; 11.3 feet from Fox Street where a 50 foot setback <br /> is normally required. Additionally there is a shed on the property which is only�foot from the <br /> Barrett Ave side street lot line.The applicant is proposing to construct a new single family home <br />
