Developer shaIl identify <br /> trees to be preserved an site, shall mark them on a site plan, and shatl talce <br /> exixaardinary measures such as fencing, signage, etc. to ensure they are <br /> no# disturbed. <br /> E. Other General Conditions. <br /> 1) A monurnent sign may be provided by the developer at the entxance to the � <br /> RPUD development site within the private road outlot. The sigizage shall • <br /> , be limited to a development name and/or logo and on the monument sign. , <br /> Final design/materials of monument signage shall be provided as part of <br /> the final development plan submittals and shall be subject to approval by <br /> the City Council. <br /> 2} The applicable general engineering comments and or conditions pravided . <br /> by the City Engineer during the review process and specifically in the <br /> letter dated Navember 12, 2013 by Robert E. Bean of Boltoii & Menk, <br /> Inc. shall be suitably addressed by the Developer in the development plan <br /> submittals. <br /> 3) Developer shall provide copies of proposed covenants and docurnents <br /> describing the structure, rights and responsibilities of the horneowners <br /> association to be xeviewed by the City Attorney. <br /> 4) Develaper shaIl adhere to fhe Conservation Design Master Plan <br /> recommendations with regard to improvement and maintenance of the <br /> woodland areas northeast of the creek;however, no woodland preservation <br /> easemenf will be required. <br /> F. Plans and Spe�ifications, The following plans anci specifications shall be <br /> submitted for xeview and approval by the Ciiy and other appropriate jurisdictions: <br /> 1) Final plans and specifications for all proposed utility lines and services, <br /> including any proposed revisions to existing service facilities. Proposed <br /> plans shall be provided to the City for final review and approval with the <br /> Preliminazy Plan set. The Public Works Department and any othe�• <br /> pertinent reviewing agencies shall review and approve all utility , <br /> improvements. Final sanitary sewer plans are subject to approval by the <br /> Public Works Department and City Engineer. <br /> Page9of13 <br />
