Normally they only allow 25%,
which you prob already know.
For our building permit, David had requested that the parking area by the lake be a pull up (subtle half moon
shape) parking area to reduce the hardcover total and to also reduce the height of the retaining walls that we
will need, instead of the pull in parking area.
All we want adjusted on the survey is the lake side parking area -we want the hardcover to either be reduced
or to remain the same (but no more) and to have less of a retaining wall than on what was used for our
variance.
If you could get this to us today that would be wonderful as we need this for our building permit and our
builder is waiting too. They have actually contacted the city 2 times as they want to start now. We thought
you were already working on this, or I would have called you sooner.
I am at work and do not have a copy of the "approved" variance, but here is copy of the meeting agenda
which was approved. It has the hardcover%that was approved on it (which is 36.57%).
Please call me if you have any questions, my cell is 949-228-1623- and or email us a copy of the updated
survey to review before getting it to the city.
Thank you!
Angela Ciliberto & David Schmid
From: MGaffron@ci.orono.mn.us
To: anelaciliberto@hotmail.com; davidatthela@aol.com
2
