However I want you to know that a corrected survey w/hardcover calculations will be <br /> delivered to you by Thursday. <br /> It was never our intention to increase the hardcover, esp after going through the variance process. <br /> Somewhere along the way there was a communication breakdown between our surveyor and our request to <br /> modify the lake side parking area. We actually wanted to keep it the same or to reduce the hardcover by the <br /> lake and to reduce the height of the retaining walls to have more of a lawn/tree area. <br /> Please feel free to call (949-228-1623) or email me if you have any questions.
