Planning Commission indicated they <br /> would not oppose the use of a steel wall system rather than the boulder walls depicted in the proposed <br /> survey, but directed that a wall design be submitted for staff review before this is presented to the City <br /> Council for consideration. <br /> VOTE: 7 FOR 0 AGAINST <br /> This application is tentatively scheduled for review and action by the City Council at its November 10 <br /> meeting pending submittal of additional information,as follows: <br /> - Revised survey showing the proposed steel retaining walls. <br /> - Retaining wall design plans. <br /> This information must be submitted no later ihan Monday, November 3,2014 in order to be placed on <br /> the following meeting agenda: <br /> Monday, November 10,2014 This is a City Council meeting. The meeting begins at 7 PM. <br /> If that schedule cannot be met,we would need your submittals by Monday, November 17 in order to be <br /> scheduled for the November 24 Council meeting. <br /> If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes,they are available from the <br /> City Clerk after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
