The addition will result in nonstructural hardcover to be <br /> converted to structural hardcover which requires a hazdcover variance. <br /> At 47 percent hardcover,the property exceeds the Tier 3 hardcover limit of 35 percent. T'he proposed <br /> addition will be constructed over existing hardcover and will not result in an increase.
