The parcels are shown on the attached map. <br /> Three of the parcels are 80-100%wetland and one is 10% wetland and 50°/o steep slope. The City <br /> acquired a parcel in this area in 1989 as a tax forfeit lot for use for drainage and conservation. Staff <br /> reconunends acquiring the four currently available lots for the same use at this time. A resolution <br /> requesting the conveyance of these lots for public use by the City is attached for Council <br /> coizsideration. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Motion to adopt a resolution requesting conveyance of tax forfeit lands for public use by the City <br /> of Orono. <br />
