This roof is <br /> considered structural coverage. On October 26th 1998 the city granted you a variance to <br /> increase your structural coverage to 31% were 15% is allowed. <br /> Unfortunately the roof structure has to be removed. A dead line of September 10 has been <br /> established for removal. If this deadline is not met the city will initiate legal action.
