Will there be another concrete pad <br /> for this equipment or will it be placed on the proposed pool deck? <br /> • It appears there is a walkway being proposed on the south side of the house, but it abruptly ends. I would infer <br /> they are planning a walkway either along the front of the house or one which extends to the driveway. This <br /> should be shown on the survey. <br /> • The proposed plan calls for various retaining walls throughout the back yard ranging in height from 2'-4'which <br /> do not require engineered plans.
