Ordinance No. 24, Second Series <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> Section 3. Ordinance Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (D) is hereby <br /> repealed and the following language substituted in its place: <br /> D. No detached garage or other accessory building shall be <br /> located nearer the front or street lot line than the <br /> principa� building on that lot except on Yots which have <br /> frontage on a lake and rear yard adjacent to a street, <br /> accessory buiYdings located within the street or rear yards <br /> of such lots are subject to the setback requirements of <br /> Section 10.23, Subdivision 6B, Section 10.24, Subdivision 5B <br /> and Section 10.25, Subdivision 6B except that detached <br /> garages may be located 10 feet from the street or rear lot <br /> line when doors face away from the street and a turn-around <br /> is provided on site. This section sha11 not apply to lake- <br /> shore lots divided by roadways or corner lots. <br /> Section 4. Ordinance Section 10.03, Subdivision 18 A & B is <br /> hereby repealed and the following language substituted in its <br /> place: <br /> A. No new "stock farms" shall be created or existing stock <br /> farms enlarged more than twenty five percent (25$) over the <br /> total number of animals that existed on the farm as of <br /> January 1, 1975 with animals over one year old except under <br /> the provisions of a conditional use permit. In considering <br /> any such permit, the maximum number and type of anima 1 s to <br /> be kept shall be determined by the Council. The site design <br /> and method of operation shall be reviewed and the Council <br /> shall find that the proposed or existing "stock farm" w�i1 <br /> not in its opinion be detrimental to the public safety and <br /> the general welfare. <br /> B. The establishment of any new building for the housing <br /> of animals or fowl shall be located 150 feet from the <br /> nearest lot line. <br />
